Happy Friday Friends!

Mom and I (and our great friend Cindy!) had the opportunity to go to a Fall Wool Retreat with Walnut Valley Woolens and meet the amazing Maggie Bonanomi. It was a fun refreshing weekend away with the opportunity to see a new perspective on how to do wool applique! While we were away we got some NEW fun things in the shop...like wool pressing mats! Eeekk!

We scheduled the next Pamper & Press Class! If you have never done one with us before, we pre-cut everything for you before class. You come sew and we press along the way! This month we are doing the fun Salt Water Taffy pattern! (Don't worry if you don't like these colors - there are other options available in the shop!)

We finally got our shipment of the Wooly Felted Ironing mats! Two sizes are available...from what I hear they work fabulous for wool and piecing! They also help keep things from slipping as you press and they create nice crisp blocks!




So more stunning ombre fabrics have made their way into the shop - aye yai yai! How fun are these??



The next Faith, Family, Friends Mystery BOM has been released too! Stop on in and grab your block or check them out online! Only a couple more months and the mystery will be revealed!
